ANNA POLOVNIKOVA PR NOVI SAD, operator of givethemchills.com(the "Service"), is committed to making the Service accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA, U.S.), the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, in force from 28 June 2025), the UK Equality Act 2010, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

1. Conformance target

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across the public-facing parts of the Service. Internal admin tooling is out of scope.

2. Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML, proper heading order, and ARIA roles where appropriate.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and form controls; visible focus indicators.
  • Color contrast tested at AA thresholds on text and interactive elements.
  • Captions and transcripts for audio output: every generated song is paired with the lyrics as text on the delivery page, providing an alternative for users who cannot hear the audio.
  • Responsive layout that works at 320 px width and at 200% zoom.
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — non-essential animations are disabled.

3. Known limitations

The Service is in active development. Current known issues:

  • Some loading states use animated icons; users with prefers-reduced-motion see a static replacement.
  • The audio scrubber on the gift player is currently mouse-friendly; keyboard support is being added.

We track new issues as they are reported and prioritise fixes alongside feature work.

5. Enforcement

If you believe we are not meeting our accessibility obligations, you may contact the consumer-protection or accessibility regulator in your country. For Serbia, that is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
